What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Email address (memberships, newsletters, contact)
- Phone number, if you provide one at checkout (membership records)
- Membership and order-related details (tier, status, shipping info for merch)
- Basic server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages requested) needed to run and secure the site
Payment card details are handled by our payment partners. Spoopy Cast does not store full card numbers.

- Merch orders and fulfillment
- Emails and newsletters you signed up for
- Welcome coupons and member perks after checkout
- Early-access member feed access for eligible tiers
- Responding to support and billing requests
Who processes data
- Stripe — membership payments and subscriptions
- Shopify and Printful — merch store and fulfillment
- Cloudflare — hosting of spoopycast.com and related email sending (e.g. welcome coupons)
Those services have their own privacy policies for data they process on our behalf.
We don’t sell your data
Spoopy Cast does not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We currently use essential cookies or similar tech needed for the site to work (for example, checkout and member flows). We do not run a separate analytics cookie banner yet. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.
Unsubscribe & deletion
To unsubscribe from emails, cancel a membership, or request deletion of personal data we hold, email stories@spoopycast.com from the address you used with us. We’ll help as quickly as we can. Some records (e.g. payment history) may need to be kept for a period for legal or accounting reasons.
