Membership Terms

Last updated: October 7, 2026. These are general site and membership terms for Spoopy Cast (spoopycast.com). They are not legal advice and were not drafted by an attorney. By using the site or signing up for a membership, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions

Signing up for a Spoopy Cast membership means an ongoing subscription fee at the tier you choose. You are billed on a recurring monthly cycle until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe. Spoopy Cast does not store full card numbers.

Prices and perks are as shown at signup and may change with notice. We’ll announce material changes before they apply to renewals where we can.

How to cancel

You can cancel (or update billing) anytime in the Stripe billing portal:

  1. Go to https://spoopycast.com/members (Manage membership).
  2. Enter the email address you used at checkout.
  3. Open the Stripe billing portal.
  4. Cancel your subscription there. Access continues through the period you’ve already paid for; cancel stops future charges.
  5. If the portal doesn’t work, email stories@spoopycast.com with the subject “Cancel membership” from the checkout address, and we’ll help.

Cancel stops future charges. We do not offer automatic refunds by default; contact us if you have a billing issue and we’ll look into it.

Account & acceptable use

You’ll need a valid email for membership and member perks (newsletter, welcome coupons, early-access feed where applicable). Don’t share private feed links or member-only materials in a way that bypasses membership. Don’t misuse the site, harass others, or attempt to break or overload our systems. We may suspend access for serious misuse.

Content ownership

Spoopy Cast owns the show, episodes, scripts, artwork, and related materials. Membership gives you access rights (to listen, read member emails, use perks as described) — not ownership of the content. Please don’t redistribute member-only audio or materials.

Content note

Spoopy Cast is a cozy spooky / horror-themed podcast. Episodes may include unsettling stories, folklore, and spooky themes. Listen at your own comfort level.

Merch

Merch purchases are separate from membership. They go through our Shopify store (fulfilled with Printful) and are subject to that store’s checkout terms, shipping, and return policies.
